Refund an instructional video or a merchandise

We want you to be satisfied, so all products or courses purchased on SitStayLearn can be refunded within 30 days. For whatever reason, if you are unhappy with your purchase, you can request a refund.

Most refunds are returned via the original payment method.

How do I receive a refund?

For digital videos, once you have downloaded the video, the return policy is no longer valid. If you refund a digital video that you haven't downloaded yet, once the refund is processed, you will no longer have access to watch the video on our site.
